Airline Station Supervisors/Managers
AirOps was conceived as a body through which foreign carriers operating into Dublin could have full time representation and flight supervision on their own behalf, without the need to employ staff directly. Through close liaison with our client airlines, we carry out their wishes and enforce procedures as prescribed, thus ensuring better on time performance and passenger experience while offering the benefits of a full time local station manager, without the implications of employing an individual in a remote jurisdiction. We have been station managers for many airlines who have in the past operated into Dublin such as CSA Czech Airlines, Malev, Futura, Skynet and others. Currently, we operate on behalf of Air Transat, Air Moldova and Omni Air International.
Client Representation
AirOps represents its clients interests in Dublin Airport through liason with the Dublin Airport Authority .
We hold the status of "Approved Groundhandler" by the Irish Government "Commission for Aviation Regulation". Our status can be viewed by clicking HERE.
We are a member of the Dublin Airport Operators Committee.(AOC) Through its involvement in this committee AirOps advance the interest of the public in areas including security, ease of access, services for people with disabilities, comfort. We are involved through Airport Users Committee at all levels up to and including initiating an Incident Emergency Plan.
Airport Concierge Service
AirOps since it's inception has and continues to offer a professional and discreet white glove service to various high profile clients. This service also extends to business clients whose time is of great value and as such, need to transit through airport formalities in the minimum amount of time with the least fuss. As the recommended supplier of such services by Dublin Airport Authority, we can offer our services to people who need assistance, but are not necessarily requiring wheelchair assistance, such as Mothers with small children, elderly passengers flying alone and others who may have special needs.

We provide a Mishandled Baggage delivery service on behalf of our client airlines to their passengers.AirOps operates at all times to the highest airline customer service levels, meaning the passenger is treated in a manner which is timely, professional and always courteous, just as the airline would wish.
Limousine Transfer Service
For the professional traveller looking for an executive service, AirOps has develped it's own inhouse Limousine Transfer Service to ensure that you have a reliable driver, able to take you where you need to be as expeditiously as possible. We offer a range of vehicles capable of accommodating single individuals or groups.AirOps offers a seamless streamlined service from the aircraft door to your final destination.
Airport Concierge Return Journey
On arrival back into Dublin, we will meet you at the aircraft door and carry your hand luggage through to the baggage hall, assisting you with immigration procedures on the way, thus avoiding delays. In the baggage hall we will retrieve your luggage from the carousel, load them onto a baggage trolley and from there bring you through customs and onwards to the arrivals area.
